Return/Exchange Policy

To start the return/exchange process, first you should email with the subject reading "Request for Return/Exchange (with your order number)" and provide us with description of what is wrong with the product(s). We will provide you with a Return Authorization number. Please do not send any items back without contacting us and receiving your Return Authorization number.

Return Credit

We are not able to credit you with your original payment method. We are only able to offer you STORE CREDIT. Store credit will not include the shipping cost of original order. If sizing or style was the problem with the purchase, please reach out to us so we can help you make the best decision for the next purchase.

Non-sale items have a 15 day return policy. If it is past 15 days we are unable to offer you a return or exchange. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED to qualify for a return/exchange
